Then we will design four constructs with highes knockdown efficiecy target from literature. If your gene of interest is not yet published, we will design four target sequences using our interal siRNA software. With four siRNA contructs, at least one of the construct should give over 70% gene knockdown efficiency in approporate target cells with over 70% transfection efficiency.
